WRITING: Getting Published

Please don’t mind if I blow my own horn–I don’t often get the chance. One of my poems, Halloween, has been accepted and is available in the online journal, Bewildering Stories, Issue 203.

If you get the chance, check out this and the much finer writing in this issue.

Congratulations, Susan! I’m on way to read it right now.

  2. Terrific! Congratulations, and you MUST blow your own horn when you get something published. It’s a rule, or something. 🙂

Thank you, ladies! It’s funny because my poetry is not the strong point of my writing. Especially with this piece, which now I wonder at because it is so heavily in metaphor that it likely makes no sense at all without the knowledge of its basis. But a credential is a credential and it’s always a good feeling to have something accepted.
