Modification of machinery:  A quarter-inch balsa wood strip taped to a paper guide on a binder makes the odd-sized pages line up with the punches so that it fits (barely) a ten-slot rather than a sloppy nine-slot plastic binding comb.

Gee, I’m good.

(Note:  Except for the pinkie-problem I have with this laptop wherein I tend to press "enter" instead of "shift" for caps and end up posting half-titled entries that I hope I haven’t gotten caught for yet!)
