WRITING: Back to my Roots

Sometimes flowers, grasses, weeds and even an occasional errant tomato will grow from seeds dropped in the native soil by the mother plant, defying tiller, birds and wind to grab and claim its little plot of earth while we move on.

What makes us think that time is gone forever when man himself can bring it back in mind and memory and motion pictures.  We are such children in our comprehension of the space and merely move within it.  While I am here I also am what I was there so very long ago.
