REALITY & NEW MEDIA: Sunday

It’s been a hard workin’ weekend.  Right after putting the bookcases together and sorting the books onto the shelves (by the way, it barely holds what was on the living room floor, leaving space for acquisitions, so I still have a pile in the other room) so that the room took on some semblance of order, we had to pick up furniture from my father-in-law’s house to get that cleaned out.

But I’m home relaxing and playing hot shot movie producer.  It’s a lot of fun because it involves all forms of images and playing in Photoshop and screwing around with text and timelines and audio clips.  I’m sure I’m making a grand mess but it’s a learning process–in fact, I had to backtrack and delete several clips because something jammed the play button.

So now I have to recover a couch, make drapes, move more furniture, and well, play with movies and after that, animation.

Is it really Thanksgiving this week?  So I guess I have to buy a turkey and stuff that too.
