We never get many. This year only twenty and most of them teenagers. :o) It’s hard to let childhood go.

Our total has been falling of late: at the peak we probably got about 350 kids. I think this year we got about 200. So there is candy left.

  3. I prefer to have the kids take all the candy, but that never happens where we live now. Where we used to live in San Diego, we had dozens of trick-or-treaters each year, and I loved it. (I like to see the kids in their costumes.) We usually ran out of candy, or had only a little left.

This year we had four kids come by. That’s a lot for here.
